At Cirrus, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must have all original tags and be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “non-returnable”

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at cirrusclo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us at cirrusclo@gmail.com to request an exchange. We recommend placing a new order for faster service.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
